Dating back more than four thousand years, the fundamental objective of the ancient Chinese art of Qigong is to promote harmonious flow of the body's internal vital energy, known as Qi.

As illnesses occur when the Qi flow along the meridians of the body is interrupted or obstructed, the various Qigong breathing techniques and exercises are used to stimulate and enhance Qi flow within the body.

As the old Chinese adage goes - "Breathe badly and you live badly, breathe a little and you live a little, but breathe well and you will live well".

Today, Qigong has become a universal art form which is helping to energise many people around the world and helping them improve their health..
